Any use of the terms "we, our, us, and company" refers to Cali Kulture and its members, directors, officers, and employees. Any use of the terms "you, your, and user" refers to you, the consumer.


To protect our wholesale customers, you must Register and provide us with a tax or resale id number in order to view prices and place orders online.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are eligible for the exemption you are claiming. Each state’s laws governing exemptions are different, and you will be held liable for any tax, interest, and possible penalties imposed by the member state if your purchase is not legally exempt. To determine what sales and use tax exemptions are allowed in your particular state, please refer to your state’s web site or other information available relating to their exemptions.

Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Cali Kulture. Credit Card Fraud

Credit card fraud has increased over the past several years. Luckily, our local police force includes smart, dedicated, hard-working detectives that work with us and other law enforcement organizations to aggressively prosecute fraud. The local detectives work with the law enforcement agencies anywhere in the world to bring criminals to justice. If the authorities or Internet service provider at the destination do not cooperate, our local detectives will contact the next higher level of law enforcement to gain cooperation or they will subpoena records themselves. Social media and other organizations have also been utilized to help identify suspects. If necessary, we have agreed to travel anywhere in the world, at our expense, to testify against criminals, regardless of the amount of loss.

Damages & Shortages

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact a Customer Service Representative to file a claim. If it is the fault of Cali Kulture, any damaged or shorted merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Cali Kulture will arrange for return shipping.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cali Kulture, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensers and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

New Accounts

We are strictly a wholesale company and we can only sell to you if you have a valid Tax ID#. All customers must have a 100.00 minimum order to purchase from our website. All orders are paid through credit cards. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, COD, and Money Order. If you are in our warehouse we do accept Cash as well.


Cali Kulture may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable methods to the address you have provided to Cali Kulture.

Price Changes

All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change without notice. Cali Kulture is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in this catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.

Revisions To Terms & Conditions

Cali Kulture may at any time make any changes to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility, not the company, to occasionally check the terms and conditions to assure that you fully understand the terms to which you agree to by using our site. The company is not required to issue a statement as to changes made to the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Cali Kulture without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, and Indemnification shall survive any termination.

Refused Orders

All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added. If the fault of Cali Kulture, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense.

Return Policy

Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other products may be returned to Cali Kulture within 30 days from invoice date. Unless the fault of Cali Kulture, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10%, and the customer will responsible for any shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.

Restocking Fees

Cali Kulture reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items being returned. Please make sure that you thoroughly go over your order during the order review section of the checkout, in order to avoid any problems.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Cali Kulture ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is a surcharge for shipments being sent to Hawaii or Alaska. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days. All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Local customers can arrange pick up at our Los Angeles, California warehouse. 


All Trademarks, service marks and trade names of Cali Kulture used in the site are trademarks of Cali Kulture. We have no affiliation whatsoever to any traditional companies, domestic or foreign.

Typographical Errors

In the event that Cali Kulture product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cali Kulture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cali Kulture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cali Kulture shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail or by use of obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an Cali Kulture or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You not may upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content, which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or invasive of privacy or publicity rights. Abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable content which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law is prohibited. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Cali Kulture. (“Company”) and others texting on its behalf, at the telephone number(s) that you provide.  You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.  

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Company’s services. 


Program Description

Company and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“Cali Kulture Promotion Alerts”) to deliver Company text messages to you.  Company text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming promotions and Company’s goods and services (e.g., Company-sponsored events, coupons, promotions and product launches).

Message Frequency

The number of Company text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of Company’s text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages.  You will receive a maximum of four messages per week per Company text messaging program.  Company brands generally have separate text messaging programs.


Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Company text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges.  Company does not impose a separate fee for sending Company text messages.

MMS-enabled US short codes are able to deliver MMS messages to the following mobile phone carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and T-Mobile.

How to Opt-In 

To opt-in to receive text messages from a Company text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided by the specific brand from which you wish to receive messages.

How to Opt-Out 

To stop receiving text messages from a specific Company text messaging program, text STOP to the five digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message (i.e., the five digit number from which its text messages are being sent).  You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.  This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that five digit short code.  You will remain opted in to other Company text messaging programs.  

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide.  You are responsible for notifying Company immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.  You may notify Company of a number change by submitting a “contact us” form on the website associated with the specific text messaging program you opted into.

You agree to indemnify Company in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Company if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions.  You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Company’s control, and Company is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.



To request more information, text HELP to the five digit short code for the text messaging program about which you have questions (i.e., the five digit number from which its text messages are being sent).  You may also receive help by submitting a “contact us” form on the website associated with the specific text messaging program you opted into.



To receive Company text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.  Company reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

Company may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to Company’s website.  You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.  Your continued consent to receive Company text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes. 


Termination of Text Messaging 

Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of Company text messages if Company believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions.  Your receipt of Company text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.  Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Company text messages, with or without notice. 


Communications and Consent to Electronic Notices 

You may communicate with Company via postal mail, telephone, and our website.  Company may issue notices via these various channels, including by sending e-mail to an address you provide.  You agree that such notices shall have legal effect.  

You also agree that notices sent by e-mail satisfy any requirement that notices be provided in writing.  If you do not agree, do not use Company products or services.  

You may have the right to withdraw your consent to receive certain electronic communications, and, when required by law, Company will provide you with paper copies upon request.  You may make such a request via the contact submission forum.  If you withdraw your consent, Company reserves the right to terminate your use of Company’s products or services.  

To receive, access, and retain the notices that Company sends via e-mail, you must have Internet access and a computer or device with a compatible web browser.  You will also need software capable of viewing files in PDF format.  Your device or computer must have the ability to print, or download and store, e-mails and PDF files.  By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are able to receive, access, and retain the notices that Company may send.  You may update your contact information [through the “contact us” form on the website associated with the specific text messaging program you opted into.
